RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY & REQUEST FORM

Our bags are constantly checked and double check to meet the highest quality control standards. We believe in creating life-long relationships with our customers. Therefore we are committed to making sure that our customers are extremely happy with their order. Knowing that each of our clients have separate needs we work with you until you are 100% satisfied with your order and stand ready to correct any problem that may arise.
- Returned bag(s) must be posted back to us in new and unused condition within 7 days after your order was delivered to you with original packaging.
- When no quality issue is involved, the return shipping fees would be at the expense of the client, because, we will lose the initial cost of shipping, and so unfortunately, we cannot offer to pay the return shipping fees. We apply ten percent restocking fee to refunds, and No restocking fee to exchanges.
- When return is motivated by quality issue, we would compensate the return shipping fees in the form of a free wallet (according to our policy below) and replace the defective item at our cost, providing that our return procedure below has been followed.
Policy on Exchanges for Quality Issues:
Very rarely (as we have the highest quality control standard), for any return request motivated by a quality issue, you would be instructed to send pictures of the spotted defects to our customer service agent so that we can forward the photos to our quality control department. Once we identify a possible defect we will provide the client with a Return Authorization (RMA) with return address so the item may be quickly returned. We do not accept returns of items that are not listed on the Return Authorization. Return shipping fees would be paid by the client, although we will offer client a free item of their choice of $150 or less to compensate for any return shipping fees. Also Please note, in such cases, items returned for defective reasons will be exchanged against the very same models. Items returned for refund do NOT qualify for return shipping compensation.
Please do keep in mind that you have purchased replicas, and not genuine bags! Although our replicas are 99 % similar to the originals, there are still some minor differences. Otherwise we would advertise and price them as genuine bags! We do not mass produce these products, every item is carefully handmade and inspected with the highest standard in this industry. Also, please remember, you are buying directly from the manufacturer, there is no middleman, the price you paid is practically industry wholesale price, therefore, we do not have department store margin to absorb all the cost associated with returns.
